Sit down in a chair with a relaxed posture. Your hands are on your knees and your head is facing straight ahead. Remove your glasses or contacts. Your eyes are open. Keep your raised fingers or two pencils on each side as guides and adjust them so that you can see them clearly when moving the eyes to the right and the left, but without straining. This is the starting position. Move your eyes to the right as far as you can. Your head does not move, only your eyes. Maintain a relaxed posture with your hands on your knees. Breathe normally. Return to the starting position. Move your eyes to the left as far as you can. Your head does not move, only your eyes. Maintain a relaxed posture with your hands on your knees. Breathe normally. Repeat for the recommended number of repetitions.
